The outcome of DISEC emergency meeting held today Monday 26th July 2021 to discuss the long outstanding impasse between the authorities of the two partner institutions of KDC and DiCOVERC was amicably resolved.
This two partner institutions mentioned above need each other more than ever before at this crucial moment of COVID19 pandemic.
DISEC which constitutes of peacemakers and technocrats in Conflict Management and Peace Building tapped their expertise to reconcile the two partners in the spirit of one family with the same aims and objectives.
The fact of life is that conflict is inevitable in the course of human interactions, but same cannot be permitted to overwhelm the positive ideals of progress, sustainable development and societal growth.
Against this backdrop, DISEC, incomparable to non-takes enormous credit in restoring peace and tranquility in Koinadugu District.
