The Ambassador of Hungary to Ghana also accredited to Sierra Leone, His Excellency Tamas Endre Feher has during a courtesy visit on the Sierra Leone High Commissioner Francess Virginia Anderson promised further cooperation between the two countries.
Ambassador Tamas Endre Feher expressed delight over meeting her colleague despite the busy schedule while on diplomatic tours. He said this is his first visit to the African Continent.
He stated that Hungary and Sierra Leone Continues to enjoy great bilateral ties and that over the years, Sierra Leone has benefitted in different areas of cooperation such as Scholarships in Education, Water project among others.
He noted that he will ensure at all times that the great ties be maintained between the two countries and further strengthened while looking forward to present his letters of credence in Sierra Leone.
His Excellency Tamas Endre Feher further stated that as a country, Hungary on their part would do everything possible to maintain a healthy relationship with Sierra Leone.
Responding, Her Excellency Francess Virginia Anderson expressed appreciation to her colleague for the visit and promised an open door at all times for the good of both countries.
She informed him of Sierra Leone’s rich culture, hospitality and many opportunities especially in areas of investments while adding that Sierra Leone is available and ready for business.
High Commissioner Anderson also pledged her Mission and Country’s support in maintaining the already bi-lateral relationship between Sierra Leone and Hungary.
