VP JULDEH JALLOH APPLAUDS SIERRA LEONE POLICE

Vice President Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh in gracing Police passing out on Friday 9th April, 2021 at Police Training Centre, Hasting in Freetown, applauded the professionalism and dedicated service of every men and women of the Sierra Leone Police (SLP) in the nation’s success in battling to contain Covid-19 pandemic in the country.

VP Juldeh Jalloh acknowledged the critical role played by the SLP like all other agencies and institutions in the success story the country has as they strive to contain the pandemic. He further thanked the SLP on behalf of President Bio for the vital role played in implementing and enforcing public health order of NACOVERC, thereby making Sierra Leone the lowest fatality of Covid-19 in Africa and globally.

According to him, the SLP performed its mandated duties remarkable to the satisfactions of the President and the people of Sierra Leone. He said, the police response to Covid-19 measures are being reasonable, indiscriminating and all round professional, which he said, has helped the police gained its respect and confidence from the public.

VP Juldeh Jalloh re-echoed President Bio message to the R2, 2017 group of graduating Police Officers in 2018 challenging them to disavow partisans and tribalism and uphold professionalism for the security and nation’s development.
