The Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone (GOSL) for the procurement of Vehicle Rental Service for the coming voter registration exercise country wide and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of:

Bidders can bid for one or more lots; but they will only be contracted for one. However, in the event that a bidder wins more than one lot, the lot with the higher price will be awarded to the bidder; if the lots are of the same value, any one of the lots will be awarded to the bidder by the Commission without referring to the bidder.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 29th July 2022. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security in the amount specified above in the form of a Bank Guarantee from a reputable Commercial Bank
- A valid tax clearance certificate
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate
- A signed Integrity Pact [see attached]
- A Signed and Stamped Bid Form
- Compliance with Payment Terms
- Compliance with Delivery Schedule
- Evidence of undertaken similar assignment, including reference letters/contract documents.
Bids will be opened on 29th July 2022at12:00 Noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
