The Njala University has allocated funds for the procurement of Motor Vehicles and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

Bidding is open to all suppliers who have capacity to supply the above vehicles.
Interested bidders may contain further information and inspects the bidding document at the address below between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday. All bids must be accompanied by the following Documents:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Securities of Le31,500,000.00 (Lot A), Le21,600,000.00 (Lot B) and Le12,000,000.00 (Lot C) from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid National Revenue Authority (NRA) tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- Manufacturer/Dealer Authorisation
- One Original copy and three photocopies of bids
- A valid Local Council Registration Certificate
Bids will be publicly opened on 15th March, 2022at 12:00noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
